We built Peggy’s to honor my mother, Peggy Saslow, an educator who gave her life to helping others grow. She believed in kindness, patience, and showing up every day with purpose. We carry those values into our kitchen and dining room. Her family recipes, especially our brisket and matzo ball soup, remain at the heart of our menu. Through every meal, we continue her tradition of care, learning, and service.

At Peggy's, we believe good food takes time and care. From testing our pizza dough to preparing fresh mozzarella and grinding sausage in-house, we focus on doing things the right way.
